Hello! My name’s Nosah Chaney–I’m a third year at the University of Michigan currently studying Psychology as a major, and Japanese and Writing as minors. 

 

As a writer, I’ve found myself drawn to exploring all sorts of “what-if” scenarios and unfamiliar perspectives through creative fiction and fantasy storytelling.  In my work, you can often find those same themes reflected, whether it be through short stories, script writing, poetry, or whatever format happens to be on my mind at the time!

 

Outside of my work with writing, I love busying myself with learning new hobbies.  Most frequently, that’s been learning 3D animation and modeling–though I can’t claim to be particularly good at either yet!--but more recently, I’ve been expanding my sights to include game design as a form of storytelling. 

No matter what I’m working on, I’ve always found joy in challenging my own perspectives of what the world is like now,
